Today I am going to teach you tips, tools and everything you need around confidence knowing it is the KEY to more impact, more clients, and an increase in your income! 

The most amazing thing is, if you got yourself into a fear or belief, you can get yourself out of it! 

Your thoughts evoke emotions. 

Your emotions influence your actions/activity 

Your actions produce your results 

And this all cycles into evidence creating a new belief!

7 step process thought transformation process

1. Identify the belief. What’s wrong? Whats the problem? What am I feeling?
2. Is this fear, this limiting belief, actually true? 
3. Does it have to be true for me?
4. Why is it not true? What evidence do I have that says this fear is not correct? 
5. What do I actually believe? —> you can also ask what do I want to believe?
6. How do I know this will happen? (often talking about your goal) 
7. Affirm yourself fully!!  —> create affirmations around your new belief and what you want to believe!  

It’s your choice to believe in yourself! 

It’s your decision to run after your dreams! 

It’s your choice to get out of your own way! 

What follows “I am” is what you become! What follows I am will come looking for you.
