We all have bad days! We all get into ruts! 

Getting stuck, having a bad day, is Inevitable but staying there isn’t! 

 

Sometime’s we just need to pivot! A tiny shift to get our gears turning so we can run full speed ahead! 

 

You can literally change your thoughts and in an instant, you have a choice! You just have to make the decision. It only takes 17 seconds to completely change your energy!

 

This is the perfect time to go have some fun, raise your energy, and step into fierce faith! —full belief in yourself that you never waiver! 

 

Fear and faith cant live in the same place at the same time 

When your brain goes to fear faith is diminished 

 

And FEAR is LOUD…louder than anything else we hear thats why we have to choose faith, we have to choose belief, we have to choose to listen to the guidance we are being given!

 

Once we know it’s a choice and we decide, we can grow it! 

 

I truly believe that your belief is your inner super power 

 

If you massively believe in yourself, massive confidence in your abilities, and fully step into your power—you hit the jackpot, you become unstoppable! 

You are the only one who can take care of you!

You are the only one who truly NEEDS to believe in you! 

 

If you need to borrow my belief for a moment, I’ve got you! I will always MASSIVELY believe in you but its time for you to believe in yourself! 

 

Belief is truly what I feel is the greatest gift that I give my clients! They get to borrow my belief before and take that energy well before they fully believe in themselves..

I want to share with you what I journaled about on my bad day so you can journal about it too! 

-What am I feeling? 

-What does this mean for me?

-Does this have to be true?/Is this actually true?

-What triggered these emotions? Where did I first see my energy shift? 

-What do I want to be feeling? 

-Why am I doing this?

 

Things are often so terrifying in our heads but when you write it down it’s silly, or just plan stupid, or you realize there is nothing to actually be fearful of! 

 

-EXERCISES-

-Write out 10 reasons why you are amazing and what you are really good at!

-Write out why thing WILL work out for you, not why they won't!

-Write out your super cool stories--those Devine moments! 

-Write out how you get inspired!
